I knew this would happen
a one pound loss this week...hmmm. It is time to stir things up a bit.. I still feel great! A pound lost is progress gained. I am not even the least bit disappointed. I keep going back to the Fable that my friend has on her blog. Check it out at FitMania.blogspot.com. I am becoming the butterfly that I always knew was in there.

I can't believe I am out of the 2's
Finally....out of the 200's. I don't think I look different....I see myself everyday. But...I know that I feel different. This week has been a bit stressful. From mid March until June I am so busy....it seems this way every year. With 5 children in 8 different activities....I feel like I am whirling around in a tornado most days. Not to mention trying to work and put myself first for a change. I am managing and this blog helps me to remember that I have to take care of myself so that I can take care of my family and the rest of the nonsense. For those of you who are struggling....hang in there. Take this one day at a time. Journal. Set goals. Look at yourself in the mirror EVERY morning and tell yourself that you are worth it!!! I know I am!!
Love to all,

Momentum is good!
This past week has been great. The momentum that I feel is wonderful. I had a "tired" day where my muscles just didn't want to co-operate. I rested and the next day felt much better. I am still sugar free. I have actually got my husband to stop drinking soda and he is sugar free as well. Not that I was nagging or anything.......but....he is feeling much better too. Next will be the little curtain climbers!!!!

Feeling a bit revvvvvved up!!
Thank you all for your comments. I need that support to keep me going some days. Sherry...I have been playing more with my calories than anything. I do some intervals. 5 min walk, 1 min run, 3 min walk, 1 min run for 30 minutes. That I know is helping to keep my body guessing. I also am doing 1500 cal...then 1200....then 1200...then 1300...then 1100 and start back at 1500. I know this may seem time consuming to most. When you have dealt with a weight issue as I have and bounce all over the place as well as having a food addiction....it is time worth spent. The number prove that it can be done. I have days that I am tired but they are far and few inbetween. Thank you so much for all your support.

Finally have a voice....
I was so glad to run into a friend recently that started me on a great workout regiment and eating plan about 3 years ago. She (among other friends of mine) are passionate about healthy living. I love to surround myself with these people who are always cheering me on. Although I fell off the "wagon" I feel great again with each of the planks and squats that I am doing. I know this is a lifetime change....one that should not be taken casually. I have a mother who struggles each and every day with Type 2 diabetes. She is on 9 different medications which honestly I think are only masking all of the symptoms of the other medications. To hear her sometimes complain of every ache makes me more motivated to do better. I don't want to be......sick all of the time.
I am alive.
I am healthier (than yesterday)
I am still soda free.
I am combating the sugar.
I am worth it!!!
My workouts get me one step closer to who I am
My healthy eating makes me feel more in control and have a clearer mindset.
Take the steps today...be healthy....feel great....
